Management
Marcelo G. Lima
Mr. Lima has 40 plus years of medical device experience. He started his career as an engineer, later moving to product management, marketing,
and then general management. He worked for Johnson & Johnson, Siemens, Hewlett-Packard medical, and Kodak’s health division.
Mr. Lima has extensive M&A experience including two acquisitions for Mercury systems where he later led the formation of Visage Imaging and was President of that subsidiary. Leading the sale to ProMedicus of Australia in early 2009.
Mr. Lima was founder, Chairman, President and CEO of ImThera Medical a developer of a novel neuro stimulator for sleep apnea. He led the sale to LivaNova in early 2018.
Mr. Lima holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from Brazil, a master’s degree in biomedical engineering from Boston University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Herbert Radisch
Mr. Radisch has 50 years of medical product and medical device experience. He started his career as a chemist at Abbott Laboratories, refining the processing, purification, and evaluation of protein solutions. He has spent the majority of his career developing medical devices, particularly interventional devices, used in cardiovascular medicine. He has worked at Abbott Laboratories, IMED, Advanced Cardiovascular Systems, Devices for Vascular Intervention, IVT, Boston Scientific and several startup organizations. He was Vice President of R&D for IVT, which was later acquired by Boston Scientific.
Mr. Radisch is inventor on more than 30 medical device and medical materials patents. He has expertise in formulating specialty medical materials and has several metal alloy patents
Mr. Radisch holds a B.S. in Chemistry with graduate work in statistics and Operational Research.

Tracey Kruger
Ms. Kruger comes to Pulmair with more than 20 years of experience in the Class-3 medical device industry. She began her medical device career in sales but quickly advanced into senior leadership roles across multiple functions, including Clinical Product Development, Product Management, Clinical Research, and Global Marketing.
Throughout her career, Ms. Kruger has worked with prominent organizations such as LivaNova USA, ImThera Medical Inc., and Advanced Bionics, LLC, gaining expertise across a broad range of therapeutic areas.
A native of Canada, Ms. Kruger holds a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Saskatchewan and a master’s degree in communication disorders from Minot State University.
VP BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & CLINICAL OPERATIONS
Paul Mason, PhD
Mr. Mason brings over 35 years of experience in the medical device industry, with a strong focus on start-up organizations specializing in Class 3 and high-risk devices. His career began in clinical research for IDE studies, but he quickly transitioned into regulatory affairs, where he has developed expertise in regulatory submissions and quality management systems.
Mr. Mason has a diverse background spanning multiple therapeutic areas and device types, including intraocular lenses, pacemakers, transmyocardial laser revascularization, specialty angioplasty devices, coronary stents, prenatal diagnostic devices, neurothrombectomy, and hypoglossal nerve stimulation. He has successfully authored an SBIR grant and contributed significantly to the development and regulatory approval of numerous innovative devices.
Prior to joining Pulmair, Mr. Mason held key roles at several leading medical device companies, where he gained extensive expertise in the full lifecycle of high-risk devices, from development through commercialization.
Mr. Mason holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Duke University, a Master’s degree from Bucknell University and a PhD from the University of Texas.

James T. Lenehan
DIRECTOR
Mr. Lenehan retired from Johnson & Johnson as Vice Chairman and Board member with responsibility for medical devices and consumer products after a 28-year career. He subsequently has been a consultant in healthcare for private equity and a 14-year Board member of Medtronic until 2023. He holds a B.A. in economics from the University of Akron and an MBA from Northwestern University.

Erica Snyder

Mrs. Snyder is a seasoned financial services executive with over 25 years of investment industry experience. She is the President and CEO of Hunter Associates Investment Management and Hunter Private Capital Advisors. During her tenure as CEO of Hunter Associates, she spearheaded transformative changes to the company's investment process and revenue models, resulting in sustainable long-term growth and enhanced market competitiveness.
Erica's educational background includes an honors degree in economics from Michigan State University and executive certificates from The Wharton School and Duquesne University. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional and an Accredited Investment Fiduciary™.

Richard B. Weiskopf, MD
DIRECTOR
Richard B. Weiskopf, MD, is Professor Emeritus at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). He earned his MD from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, followed by an internship at Beth Israel Hospital, Boston, residency at UCSF, and a research fellowship at UCSF's Cardiovascular Research Institute. He served over 7 years in the U.S. Army Medical Research and Development Command, including intermittently as Acting Commander of the U.S. Army Research Institute of Environmental Medicine, and was Director of the Combat Casualty Care research program and Consultant for Combat Casualty Care to the U.S. Army Surgeon General.
Dr. Weiskopf has held a variety of roles in academia, including many visiting professorships, editorial positions and referee for numerous academic journals, and as an Editor of Anesthesiology. He has consulted for numerous government and private organizations, including the Department of Defense, NIH, and FDA, as well as pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies. After retiring from UCSF, he was Executive Scientific Advisor and Vice President at Novo Nordisk A/S in Copenhagen, where he directed a large clinical research division. Dr. Weiskopf has been an author of more than 150 original research publications and 40 invited editorials.
